Vouloir Lingerie sends all orders via Australia post the payment method will determine the service used, this is due to some payment methods been more susceptible to fraudulent activities. Any order paid for using Credit card or Pay Pal must be signed for on delivery and will require Photo ID that matches the same name as on the order. If the order is paid for via direct deposit then the items can be sent via express post or similar. To avoid confusion we have made the delivery fee with in Australia a flat $8.50.

It can take up to 4 weeks for some items to arrive this depends on the supplier�s stock holdings and international freight times. Vouloir Lingerie does not charge any import fees on overseas stock shown for sale on our website. We always aim to keep the optimum stock levels to ensure we can deliver the item as soon as possible, if the item is in stock it will leave our office ASAP from the date of us receiving your order and payment. When the item has left our office you be notified via email.
